10 am for Bangalow, Byron Bay, East Ballina, Ewingsdale, Knockrow, Lennox Head, Skennars Head, Suffolk Park

12 noon for Ballina and West Ballina, Bexhill, Clunes, Cumbalum, East Lismore, Lismore, Richmond Hill

2 pm for Alstonville, Wollongbar and local rural locations listed above.


If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery the order will be left if it is safe to do so.  If there is no safe, shady place to leave the order a text will be sent asking the recipient to contact Alstonville Florist to organise collection or redelivery.

If a redelivery is required, an incorrect address has been provided or a patient has been discharged from hospital, a redelivery fee may apply.
