Yes – same-day flower delivery is offered to Lennox Head on weekdays for orders placed before 11 am. Home and business deliveries are completed usually by mid-afternoon, and school deliveries are made within school hours so flowers arrive at an appropriate time.
Deliveries are made during normal morning and afternoon delivery runs Monday to Friday, and while a specific time cannot usually be guaranteed, you’re welcome to request a delivery time your flowers will be delivered as near to that time as is possible for our couriers.
If it’s safe to do so, flowers will be left in a secure, shaded spot at the property so they stay fresh until the recipient returns home. If there’s nowhere suitable to leave them, the driver may contact the recipient (or you) to seek further instructions, or return the flowers to the shop to arrange a new delivery or collection.
Yes – same-day delivery is available to most local areas, including Alstonville, Ballina, Lennox Head, Lismore and Goonellabah when orders are placed before our cut-off time at midday.
For some outlying towns such as Kyogle, Casino or Coraki, orders may need to be placed the day before so there’s enough time to get your flowers there safely.
Yes – flowers can be delivered to local hospitals, schools and workplaces across the Ballina and Lismore shires, as long as the facility allows floral deliveries. For hospitals, it helps to provide the patient’s full name, ward and room number so the flowers arrive without delay.
Our delivery service is $15 for local Alstonville and Wollongbar deliveries and we have morning and afternoon delivery runs. Your flowers will be gift wrapped and have a water source and will be delivered in a delivery box if appropriate.
Delivery is charged as a separate fee and varies depending on the suburb and distance from the shop, with nearby townships generally attracting a standard $20 delivery service fee. More distant or rural addresses may have a slightly higher charge to cover the extra travel time.
