Our studio is located in Alstonville, just a short drive from Ballina. All designs are created in‑house by our qualified florists and personally delivered to Ballina and the wider Northern Rivers region.
Most Ballina deliveries arrive between late morning and late afternoon. If you need flowers delivered by a specific time (for example, before 2pm for a workplace), please let us know at checkout or call our team and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes. If you’d like a contactless delivery, mention it in the order notes. Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot, knock or ring the bell, and step back so the recipient can collect them.
If no one is home, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe location out of sun and rain, or with a neighbour if appropriate, and take a photo of the delivery location. If we can’t find a safe place, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
Absolutely. You can add your card message at checkout and include any special requests (for example, favourite colours or “no lilies”) in the special delivery instructions box.
