Same weekday delivery is available to most locations for orders placed by 12 noon. Orders for delivery to Wardell, Broadwater and Evans Head need to be made the day before delivery is required.

Of course! Whether it’s a significant birthday party, celebrating an anniversary or a very special occasion, we can design and create something beautiful to suit the theme.

Can I order a custom bouquet?

Definitely. Just let us know the style, colours or flowers you like, and we’ll create a one-of-a-kind bouquet just for you.

Can I order flowers online?

Yes! You can easily place an online order through our website, and we’ll take care of the rest.  If you have a question or would like something a little different to what is displayed on our website, please phone our friendly florists.  We're here to help.

Do you deliver sympathy flowers?

Yes, we take special care with all sympathy flowers. Each floral design is made with love and respect, and we deliver to homes and to Funeral Services throughout the Northern Rivers areas.

Are your flowers gift-wrapped?

Yes, every floral design (bouquet, arrangement or vase of flowers) is beautifully wrapped and ribboned. We also provide secure delivery boxes which enable our designs to be transported with a water source so they will arrive in peak condition.

Do you use eco-friendly flowers or packaging?

We do our best to use locally grown flowers and environmentally friendly materials — it’s something we care deeply about.

Do you make luxury or premium bouquets and arrangements?

Yes, we frequently design and create premium bouquets which are perfect for big occasions or when you really want to spoil someone.  Check out our Florist's Favourites Bouquet.

We’ll always do our best! Give us a call and we’ll see what we can arrange for you.

I need to organise flowers for a funeral, can you help?

Yes, it would be a privilege.  Please phone and speak to Kerry or one of our team to talk about the flowers you would like.  We take care of all the details.

Do you deliver flowers on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays?

Saturday, Sunday and public holiday deliveries are generally not offered, except for special occasions such as

  • Valentine's Day in 2026 where delivery on Saturday, 14 February is available to Alstonville, Ballina and Lennox Head; and
  • Mother's Day which is the second Sunday in May each year.
