A customer asked for an order to be delivered to a grave site at the Alstonville Cemetery. I delivered the flowers and read aloud the card message at the grave site, and then took photos to send to the person who ordered the flowers. Her response “That’s beautiful Kerry, thank you for your care and thoughtfulness.

From the initial enquiry with Alstonville Florist, Kerry was amazing!
She worked within our budget, suggested themes and florals. I had a colour scheme and a few preferred flowers, but left the main design to Kerry and the team.
We went back and forth, as I kept adding items to the list…. Pocket Flowers, Mother of the Bride Wrist Piece etc. and every time, it was never a hassle for Kerry, including when I asked her to add my “Something Blue”
On the Wedding Day, Kerry hand delivered the florals to our room, with a massive smile and a comforting hug. She was warm, genuine and made such a difference to the morning.
The bouquets were breathtaking and the presentation and quality were far better than I could have imagined. Walking down the aisle and seeing the amazing Arbour Feature Kerry had designed is a beautiful memory from the day
Every little detail was perfect and Kerry and the team at Alstonville Florist had a big impact on the emotions and execution of our wedding day.

Dear Kerry, I just wanted to thank you for arranging all of those lovely flowers so beautifully for my mum's funeral last week. The staff at Guardian Funerals in Ballina were kind and divided the flowers into bunches after the service so that everyone could take home some of the wonderful roses.

I can not recommend this florist highly enough, the staff are absolutely amazing and their arrangements are beautiful. Due to Victorian lockdown was unable to attend my Grandmothers funeral, the customer service was professional, kind and patient, the two bunches of flowers are stunning and exactly what i wanted, they were delivered within 4 hours of being ordered.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary and not only did they accommodate me on short notice, the flowers were absolutely beautiful, fresh and amazing quality. Hello! I can't remember the name of the kind lady that served me so gently over the phone when I rang from Portugal on March 25th to order a plant to be delivered to my friend Jess in Alstonville... But I wanted to reach out to extend my genuine thanks, and to let you know the plant made her cry, she loves it so much, and said it couldn't be 'more her'. Same weekday delivery is available to most locations for orders placed by 12 noon. Orders for delivery to Wardell, Broadwater and Evans Head need to be made the day before delivery is required.
