Our flowers are the freshest product we can access from our local and regional suppliers, and we guarantee they will maintain their appearance for a minimum of seven days when customers follow the care instructions provided with the flowers … but don’t be surprised if the flowers last up to fourteen days!
If the supplied flower care instructions have been followed and flowers wilt within seven days, email a picture of the wilted flowers to us within seven days of purchase in order to activate your guarantee.
We will redeliver a smaller design to the recipient free of charge and provide a gift certificate to the sender to meet the difference in value.
