Delivery Information
We provide a delivery service to the Alstonville, Lismore and Ballina areas at a standard delivery fee of $10. Please note, deliveries to some areas may require more specific information, increased delivery fees, advanced notice or may be subject to other delivery restrictions.
For SAME DAY delivery, orders need to be placed by 3pm weekdays and 11am Saturdays.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the order will be left if it is safe to do so, if not a note will be left for details on collection otherwise a redelivery fee will apply. This also applies to a wrong address given or a discharge of a patient at the time of delivery to a hospital.
